Non-merit Scholarships

Lottery scholarships, also known as random drawing scholarships, are scholarships that are awarded based on a random drawing or lottery. Unlike traditional scholarships, which are awarded based on academic achievement, athletic ability, or other criteria, lottery scholarships are awarded purely by chance.
